Many people – incorrectly – assume that collecting Pokemon cards is an expensive hobby. It can be as budget-friendly or expensive as you make it. However, the quality art found in commons and uncommons makes it very affordable to collect quality cards. These are just five absolute Pokemon card bargains you can find on CardMarket right now.
Pichu (EX 58)
A lot of Pokemon card collectors love e-reader cards because of their distinct style and design. Finding these cards is not the biggest challenge, but getting clean copies can be tricky. If your e-reader collection is missing Pichu, check out this first of many Pokemon card bargains. For the price of 2 euro, you can get an Italian copy that is “Played” but still looks clean on the front. An excellent copy sets you back 3.75 euro, which is still acceptable.
Dark Kadabra (ROG)
Finding cards from the Rocket Gang set in good quality is pretty hard. It is a Japanese set, and one released quite some time ago. However, Cardmarket has good Pokemon card bargains, including this one. Yes, it’s a poor condition version for 28 CENTS, but a good version can be had for 2 euro. Still quite the steal, all things considered.
More Pokemon Card Bargains: E-reader Zubat (SK 118)
Fans of e-reader cards should really pay close attention to secondary marketplaces. There is a decent supply of most cards in circulation, although in varying conditions. The Zubat can be had in English for 2 euro , but it’s in somewhat poor condition. An excellent copy is nowhere to be seen below 5.5 euro, except for a replica, so always check listings properly.
Real World’s Giratina (DP-P 109)
While the price for this card makes it a solid Pokemon card bargains contender, there are some caveats. It is a Japanese card, which is excellent, but there is no near mint version of this card that’s cheap. If you are fine with an excellent condition card, paying 1 euro is well worth it. Definitely one of the coolest Giratina cards out there!
Sabrina’s Psyduck on my Pokemon Card Bargains Radar
I am always looking out for Trainer-Pokemon duo cards, especially from older sets.. Sabrina with ANY of her Pokemon immediately catches my attention. obtaining her Psyduck would be quite nice, especially with versions as low as 1 euro. Keep in mind the card quality is poor or played, though. But if the cosmetic damage is only on the back, I’m not too bothered.
